Im 15 and workout and eat healthy, but not obsessively, I do it cause it relieves stress and makes me happier, besides I want to be a better runner, and not get diabetes since a lot of people in my family do. Is this bad, what I'm doing?

I am 10pounds heavier than I was a few months ago, and my clothes are fitting LOSER and my body fat went DOWN by 2%!!! everyone's telling me I look like I LOST weight when really I GAINED.... MUSCLE. an inch of muscles weighs more than an inch of fat people!! so FUCK THE SCALE!!!!!!

hey so I got my period this morning and I gained like 5lbs from yesterday.... I was 124, and now I'm like 129.,,. ahhhh I feel so bloated and fat :( is this normal ? I feel like it's impossible to gain 5 pounds of JUST water weight... I'm convinced some of it is fat too :(
